2019 Annual General Assembly

Dear Members:

The 2019 Annual General Assembly (AGA) of the Federation of Gay Games is to begin at 10:00 on Thursday, 31 October 2019, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. Meetings will last until 18:00 Saturday, 02 November 2019. The venue for the meeting is:

Rooms can be booked online through all major services (Orbitz, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) or directly through the hotel.  Our negotiated single & double room rate is MXN$1390 (USD$73.13 today) which does not include breakfast.  Non-Mexicans are exempt from 16% VAT when passports and immigration form (received upon landing in Mexico) are presented at the hotel upon arrival.  A 3% room tax is applicable to every room occupied regardless of nationality.
